What we will not do

We will not drive you to fourteen houses in a weekend to look busy. We will not tell you a street is quiet when it backs onto a school run. And we will not push you to write an offer because the market is “moving”.

Several of our buyers have waited a year for the right house. We would rather that than a quick commission and a call in two years asking how to get out of it.

Reading a disclosure properly. Spotting the difference between a lot that is large and a lot that is usable. Knowing which inspectors will actually climb into the roof space. Writing an offer where the terms do the work that an extra ten thousand dollars would otherwise have to.

Final walkthrough the morning of, so nothing is a surprise at the table.
